    The equation is if the Libs get in PEP11 will be approved.

    Ed most likely won't say anything before the election because he knows he will end up in Federal Court.

    So MMR will probably flap around here for a while until the election which could be called as early as March.

    So not that long to wait, but you want to be on the train when the Coalition wins the next election.
