I find it perplexing that DB initiated a Judicial Review in order to force a decision within 45 days and then some sort of agreement was reached and previous orders vacated. It also said proceedings were adjourned to a date on or after 7 February 2025. Why this date if DB originally wanted to force a decision within the 45 day timeframe. Parties can also recommence proceedings with 3 days notice.
So what has taken place that made DB cool his heels on getting his decision. I would certainly like an update from BPH with clarification on when they expect a decision and why they were happy to bail out of the court process. Dont need information that is in confidence just some idea of the thought process behind what's happening.......or should I say not happening.
