    Wasn't the loan secured against all NEC assets including Teresa which is meant to be of some value. If NEC gets liquidated and the assets realised, I would think we would be in line for some of that cash depending on other secured/prioritised creditors.

    PZC needs to be a register their interest as a creditor first!
