Joe - I can assure you I understand the process. I am looking at a decision to put the hardware in at Developer stage and what profit vs instal (sunk)costs. If what is currently available is inefficient and messy that does not matter if the profit is less. If Body corp/management want to change that later so everyone has one bill/point of contact good luck to them, but that is not the development driver.

Experience on 3 recent developments shows that the preditions for data and phone reselling have not even come remotely close.
