The data may not be a topic as it costs to put in and the return is into the future but the utility especially electricity -you have as a developer already got (estimated) around 90 to 95% of the costs already so for a very low additional cost you get to get something back. I am sure that INT and its partners have looked at it and on the back of an electrical and water installation they can very cheaply add the telephony and IT cable. I think its that that gives them the edge and thats why I think it goes in easier into new developments and less easy into retrofits.
