Although nice to have I don't see any watershed moment with the signing of the Optus Agreement. Very happy to be proved or told the contrary, based on the discussions at the AGM or other info, but having been involved with a few the phone companies sign with virtually anyone on the off chance of getting some upside. I doubt you will see Optus flying the INT flag too high, but they of course will be expecting the reverse.
