I think you are making too much of the Optus announcement Melua. It does not "give INT access to a huge market that on their own would be impossible."
Pretty much anyone who wants to resell Optus can sign up as a wholesale customer - there is a sign up page on their website. I don't think the Optus sales team are out there selling Utiligy products.
This is an announcement for announcement's sake in my opinion and diminishes the value of some of the good recent announcements. I just hope they all aren't as misleading as this.
Maybe I don't understand the announcement and this is a special agreement where Optus sells Utiligy but I doubt it. I would probably buy if this were the case.
