re: blackscorpion: neck and neck in the sydney hob Yes ... I admire George Snow and his 4 children on board Brindabella 2.
Brindabella 1 (early mid 90's) was a beautiful looking yacht.
I see the wind has turned pretty much "nose on" so I expect Brindabella to catch to and overtake AAPI which is a faster downwind yacht.
So if Brindles can take out 4th behind the 90 footers, then thats brilliant.
She's showing them Volvo 60's a thing or two.
Still ... it's going to be a long, dark, wet, windy and rough night.
The sort of stuff that sorts out sailorboys from sailorgirls. LOL.
