Nice timing deltrotter. The infrastructure will be built, there will be third party access enshrined in the Convention, and Hanlong won't be able to charge what ever they please to try and stifle development. Cameroon wants to develop it's IO industry, and only allowing for a BHP~Pilbara type set up isn't the plan. Like I said, it looks as though the Cam Government are getting very good advice, and extracting their pound of flesh from the development as well by acquiring that extra 10% and retaking ownership of the infrastructure after 25 years.
