As has been reported by Austmag that they may need ~$200 milluion in extra funding and the rumour of a rights issue ,,my guess is as there are ~1billion shares on issue ANM & ANMNA both rated equally as FPO's it will be a 1 for 1 at ~20c = $200mill.
The problem is the ANMNA holders have just forked out 30c in Jan and at the current price of 25c are only paying~12c on the market- after the "rebate".
To be enticing to the ANMNA holders it would have to be around the 10c. mark and that will only raise ~$100mill.
