The difference in the Ore between the AML site and the Marampa site is that the AML ore is Hematite or Direct Shipping Ore which is of low quality. They dig it up do some crushing and sell it.
The Marampa Ore is Magnetite which is magnetic, needs processing thats more expensive but produces a higher quality ore. I think Timis wants to blend the Magnetite from Marampa with the Hematite from AML's mine to increase the selling price of the AML ore.
The bottom line is that Magnetite might cost more to process but I believe it commands a higher price and is in more demand than Hematite because it makes a better end product.
