Sorry, but I must have a couple of wires crossed. As I see things.....Timis Corp will do the blending with Timis corp ore (formerly London Mining). AML will not be doing any deals with Sagey. they don't need Sagey.
They have a poor quality ore of 57% which they can sell off and then under (or beyond ) that is 63% ore which will be easy to use and sell to many....and after that is stripped off they get down to 73% ore which is IRON GOLD ! That is why the Chinese want to take over AML(if they can).
What CFE needs is Royalty's from Timis Corp....and maybe, just maybe they can blend some Timis Corp ore to a lower % that can be sold...but in today's glut I don't see it just now. But perhaps someone else has some info / ideas that they can contribute.
Anyway, I have been led to believe in the last 24 hours or so that the Chinese and the SL gov't are going to do a deal, and cut AML out of the picture for the Tonkili mine. AS for the railway....I don't know, but hope that Timis can keep some access to it. Timis will be trying to maintain some sort of strength as his AML shares become worth less and less. ..... and AML's shares in CFE will be an asset only if the RAILWAY STAYS OPEN TO TIMIS CORP.
Things are looking mighty tough in Sierra Leone....not only fo rEbola areas...but AML shareholders....they are worried big time.
One thing is sure Sagey doesn't give two hoots about shareholders. Nor does Timis. They soudn great when they need money though. Shareholders latch onto his coat-tails and hope his marketing and sales give them some reward.
