    agree philipk.

    There is a big question mark over the timing of own rail on the projects critical path to achieve 2013 imo. The other is the port access by then.

    Own rail would need to be decided sooner rather than later.

    Agree than Hancock is definitely an option and has been discussed by WR in the past
