"If Admedus receives applications in excess of the Target Amount, Admedus may accept applications for amounts in excess of the Target Amount to the extent and in the manner that it sees fit."
I know the above is a pretty standard clause in SPP documents but a positive announcement before close which moves the market price upwards could see the raising well oversubscribed. It would be a nice instant reward for shareholders.
As I have posted before one has to be a supreme optimist to invest in the biotech sector and one should always be prepared for a disappointment.
