It seems NSL was dealing with Iron Ore Hill and not AustInd by the latest announcement despite some of the posts on this website.
In case you missed it, here's part of the announcement.

''On 18 November 2008 the Company announced that the significant down turn in the world financial markets had delayed the timeline of the proposed merger with Iron Ore Hill Limited.''

That was a fair while ago now when you think about it.

And, for Joeborgo and Jovann,the reason I own no shares, should now be obvious now.
I was trying to tell you and those thinking of talking this merger up that something was not right with some the people associated with parts of the merger.
I hope some of you at least got your money back.
