the 1 seller could have sold for any number of reasons - there's no point speculating
the most likely is he is BROKE after getting devastated on the market and needs money to pay his rego and buy bread for the week ... and maybe a bottle of scotch to drown his sorrows
anyway, there's no reason so far to doubt the upcoming expansion of the size of the middle class in india (and china) and thus their sustained, or increased, demand for steel, and we're well placed to EVENTUALLY profit from this
