ERM's recent independent review doesn't meean too much for thier shareholders if they don't have a clear plan for futher capital raisings and potential development f their assets.
You could be in the best vehicle and driver driving on a road, but it's no value if you don't know where you are driving to, or you run out of fuel along the way.
