That was dma that reported his broker (Macquarie) who asked to find out some details and never got a response.
Ask the crew at FP's with regards to my suspicions above, and to cut a long story short, somewhere amongst this, I would say its a Streeter PowerPlay going or it is partially goverend by his position in Fox.
Personally, I think Don Harper obviously doesnt want matters to be like how it currently is and would like to get the share price up, but after such events previously with the soph investors, some matters are beyond his control alone.
Some mistakes Don has made was
1. Not informing shareholders of the lower Cu grades back in Dec06 when he and the Co knew were less than expect, and then, tried to cover matters up by annoucing it in the Qrtly, but putting out a 600% resource increase to try to have the matter overlooked. So treat the market and holders like stupid and you get stupid results.
2. Always seeming to be thinking about changing direction and thus actions. The company cannot keep losing focus on what exactly it is doing.
3. Placement to Soph Investors and not current holders, but this in my view due to Streeter, though I could be wrong, but one must look at the most powerful holder and his other motives towards WHY, IMO~!
4. Elizabeth Hill plant still not complete or ready to roll. Along with previous directors leaving.
Anyways, that is enough to point the Co in a direction but the question here really is what is going to happen up the road which many seem to ask.
They need to keep making cash with no fvckups and rebuild confidence with consistancy and stick to the plan of what they are going to do and keep proving that they can.
Adding to this, with what placement and contracts they have in place, they now have set the table matt ready for takeover season with a mouse trap that is set and (again) there will be a takeover, IMO~!
Let us know if you chat with the FP people and see if that sounds reasonable enough to them and let us know what their thoughts are as I am sure many here would be interested (for those who are left anyways)~!
Cheers for now.
