well guys at least I got you thinking a bit and perhaps entertained even if you are shaking your heads.
BTW capman the 4 x 5000 bpd does address my concern with how to control/manage such a process but it doesn't address the issue of scalability. Hence my suggestions.
Now I wonder if you're still shaking you head!
