PD, when I was working in the private sector I got :
#104 days for weekends - although occasionally I would go in on the weekend to catch up on work I couldn't get done during the week(I got a bonus for meeting a budget so it was in my interest to do so) #8 days sick leave #20 days annual leave #whatever it worked out to in long service leave(never got close to getting any)
that was it. I was always in the office by 7.30am and rarely left before 6pm. What's all this rec levae and RDO's and stuff? Sheesh, some people just don't like to work i guess.
