Are you sure they don't get maternity/paternity leave, family leave, study (lol) leave and many more?
I have even heard this is only the tip of the iceberg if you are a member of one of the all powerful special interest groups.
For example I've heard that if your an aborigonal and any aboriginal anywhere dies (no need to be a close relo or anything) you get days of for the funeral including the big party that goes on before and after.
