I'm a teacher, and I can tell you they are a complete waste of time. I will have 4 days at the start of term 1 2014.
They consist of meetings, and more meetings.
Occasionally we have a useful course on first aid that can take a full day, but there is absolutely no need to have the number we do.
I would rather just get straight down to teaching.
