I agree with you. If you were about to have your foot lopped off wouldn't you do everything you could to get on a plane to Europe and get a few Vitrogro treatments??

The natural progression of that is: wouldn't there be an enormous pressure on the US Government to stop people leaving the country to get a simple treatment which is being held up by bureaucracy?
