need help for quick trade today

Am sitting on a rather hefty loss in Riversdale (still hold though) of $12,000 and $6,000 on Fortescue (still hold)and for personal reasons am desperate to make up this up today in a quick trade. Could trade up to say $60,000 but need to be sure - can anyone please help I would be grateful. Don't like to air my problems usually but under the circumstances really need to help with this today.
