Thank you EVH: wading through the press releases has become a little tiresome of late.
I still feel its a shame that Cephalon will not market Sir-spheres in the USA, and that they renaged on their previous statement that they would do so if they managed to purchase >50% of the company.
Who here would buy shares in a rights issue if needed to pay for better marketing/distribution/a production plant in USA?
