Need help understanding, page-20

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to answer my simple yet naive question. You have earned 5stars in your effort and CXO supporters. I have made some money out of lithium companies and also lost a bit in the downturn. I believed in the lithium story and like to be more involved again. You made a good distinction between high cost and low cost and impurities. I do have a small budget to spend on lithium and do need some good advice where to put it. If someone can give me a rational interpretations I would appreciate it. I like the posters here, helpful and not intimidating. If you deem it not appropriate to do it here, can you pe me please. I really need help.
