If you just got it you should have a 30 day period you can take it back & replace it for a new phone or choose another phone if its faulty, imo go for an iPhone easy to use & any problems you can just walk into a apple store & have it fixed or replaced on the spot, main reason I stick to apple if something goes wrong you can have it fixed immediately rather then waiting weeks to send your phone out for repairs..
