My sons, their friends and many of my friends and acquaintances have smart phones. All I hear about is the problems they have with them.
Anyone who owns a PC or laptop can consider themselves lucky if it's problem free. These companies are selling products that are just not as seamless and smart as they say and we get to pay for the privilege.
