need help

Hi,

Due to my limitation on english, I do not really understand part of the announcement.

I plan to buy 750k shares by paying using BPay.

If paying by Bpay you do NOT need to complete or return this Application Form. By paying by Bpay you will be deemed to have completed an Application Form for the number of Shares corresponding to your application payment and to have given the Company a certificate in the form of item 6 of the Important Information section overleaf.

So I need to complete form or not? Is that all I need is to paying money?
