Well mate is is possible but you just have to buy wisely and limit expectations. All of the concerns expressed in some of the replies to your posts are valid. There are however ways of sorting through the positive/negative factors.
As far as the Sunshine Coast is concerned there are some areas that rise above the others holding better potential and I do consider these to represent a better investment option that most other areas in Australia. I agree with comments re the Gold Coast, although it is rated above the SC for growth it doesn't have the essentials.
