Warnie thanks for reply. it's one b/romm about 7.5sq,s income is pooled with other units and then distributed.app price is $240.000.00and it is showing $12,500.00 net per annum. verry good posy and good resort opp. the swimming net on beach verry central. income can varry due occc.rate but it seems good till know.
