When someone wants to book for a holiday how is it decided whether they take yours or the one next door?
Do you just advertise the place yourself or is there a resort management who decide which apartment gets the next customer?
If it is the latter my natural inclination toward scepticism would make me wary of favourtism to some apartment owners over others.
I have not had personal experience of this but I have heard of a situation where management were giving more occupancy to some apartments than others and it was due to mateship and/or kickbacks.
Don't mean to be alarmist but I would keep it in the back of my mind in the decision making process.
