Might wish to have a look at this.

It seems the management are looking to sell their rights and property within the resort.

This raises some alarm bells.

Never good to see management moving on.

There is always a reason.....not making money is generally the reason ..........but not necessarily.

Like Lord E pointed out, depreciation on these resort properties can be ugly.



Im still a little busy but will look closer at the resort over the next few hours and come back to you.
