gt40, I can't help but think that you are one of those who bought in at higher levels during the frenzy last year? One look at the price and volume charts gives the game away for FSE - too many buyers between 6-11 cents sitting on big losses for 12 months, now looking for an opportunity to tip some out on any hint of a rally. I agree with the other poster that it is a bit like chicken and egg - why would credible "coal people" come on board until the projects are secure and reserves proven up? Makes no sense to me. CDS have got it right. FSE will get it right too but first they have to get through all that supply above current prices and that will take some time and patience, which is obviously something that the holders from last year are fast running out of (which is perfectly understandable).
