lol .. Fortunately, my entry point is under 90c; so from valuations perspective i'm not that worried whether there is a takeover or not. There is a margin of safety for me. However , I'm betting for TO and of course, as an investor want to know about such approach directly from company not from media
Buyback and more clarity on regulatory concerns around December should support the price so any positive news will propel the price to above $2.
Previously i think EML board was demanding bid well above billion dollars ( higher end)- basically 4 to 5 times the current market valuations which is fair price for most of the long term holders- kudos to them but i just don't like them sitting on such information when someone leaks that to media.
