Very interesting comments S-h... lets hope 'they' do take IVR's work into consideration...it should be very beneficial to both party or parties.

Also seems the whole mining industry - well some anyway are locked into the 'snails pace' syndrome. I follow a stock involved with (believed ?)
the US of A Military....... wow talk of go slow - hope they are faster off the 'go' should there be a conflict. Also another with materials -concrete.... slower.... and slower... and slower.

Maybe there are other factors involved --- factors us 'plebs ' are not privy to and may ever be ????
