    Hey Duffman82.
Check this out. I think this is the company you're talking about.

Mobilarm awarded major contract for submarine locating devices
Thursday, November 17, 2011 by Christine Feary Mobilarm (ASX: MBO) has secured the first production order for the Crewsafe V200 Maritime Survivor Locating Devices from the Royal Netherlands Navy (RNN), part of an upgrade in RNN’s submarine safety equipment.

The order, for 90 Crewsafe devices, follows successful field trials for the United States Naval Sea Systems Command in June and July 2011, completed under a Foreign Competitive Testing contract.

Extensive testing of the Crewsafe V200 has showed GPS position information can be received more than 100 nautical miles away, four times the maximum alert range of 25 nautical miles for current Maritime Survivor Locating Devices.

The contract is the first order following a NATO showcase in July 2011, and expands Mobilarm’s presence in key European and North American defence markets

The Dutch Navy is modernising all submarine escape and rescue equipment, including new escape systems, escape suits and emergency locating beacons.

Mobilarm believes the order validates the use of the company’s technology in submariner escape and rescue applications.

It also builds on the company’s already growing revenue base, following record revenues in the September quarter, with customer orders growing 1,946% over the previous corresponding period.
