in E-Trade, you are able to download your 'Yearly Trading Statement' in PDF form and also in Excel form

at the end of the statement will be your stock on hand at 30 June

a trust Commsec must have the same features

if you do not know how to do it, just phone Commsec and they will email the statements to you

the ATO will not want to see your individual contracts

just like a good accountant, the ATO will probably want to see:

(1) your trading statements for each year in PDF format, so they can see your original records

(2) your trading statement for each year in Excel form, so they easily check your calculations by sorting your spreadsheet
