I have shares in avz and as the sp rises and getting closer to...

I have shares in avz and as the sp rises and getting closer to the new lot of shares to be sold for capital raising at 2c and 3c due to this being lower than the sp is this going to bring the price down at all and also what's the best way to be sure to get the shares I want on the 23rd at the 2c or 3c is there something I must do differently to get them or are they just sold like usual and everyone with a bid higher than the release price gets there orders filled with them? Thanks
