This thread has a few questions that are of concern. Its possibly a good suggestion to learn about investing in direct shares on platforms such as the ASX before committing your hard earned money. There could be some people silently laughing or resisting to comment here.

Sincerely, learn the basics of trading and terms, the options that often come up and how they are incorporated into a company and the effects on share holders. Where do stop? Its a ongoing process.

Your question indicates that you expect a few money trees right for the picking. Like shares are half price for you and a lucky few but not other SH's?

Options are used for various means and in this case its raise capital for needs of drilling etc and once our DD is done, to meet our agreed acquisitions costs. These options are mostly offered to apparently "sophisticated Investors"
