Having said that, I am of the opinion that the 'winner takes all scenario' has a great change of playing out in the next few months if the results confirm the numbers mentioned in the historical reports.

Yes, there will be red days. My guess is that a week before the shares are distributed, placement holders will start selling because they still have to pay for the 125M shares. On the other hand, maybe they have already started to sell AVZ shares in the past weeks...

Are these the T1 placement holders that you say may sell to fund T2 @greenmetals ? Fwiw IMO I'd say most if those T1 shares have already been sold on after the inital legal curveball was thrown
