No, they will not a dividend. they have agreed with the banks not to pay dividends for three years.
Which effectively means that we are financing this company's turnaroud with management contributing nothing but bull sh... and destroying our earning base.
A $0.17 stock not paying a dividend is one thing, a $1.17 stock not paying a dividend is another - and it is another reason the stock will flounder post consolidation.
