guys becare befre investing in property, i am facing a tough time getting finance in the current market, the valuations in QLD are falling with rising interest rates, i think i will be luck if i can get out of it, no buyers...
with stocks markets crashing banks are tightening their lending laws and not approving finance as well,
i am trying to get out of a contract which is casuing a lot of problems due to valuations... bad times
