Thanks Warnie. The contract of purchase was sign last year. I would have plan to put in 20% deposit, and another 22% to interest offset account to varies my tax benifit when interest rate up or down in the future. And the remaining 56% will loan from the bank.
I have no PPOR. This is my first IP. My only mortgage. What would u advise with my strategy?
