I heard there are problem when come to deduction against interest paid when having LOC? I know the point from ATO is that keep private spending seperate from your investment account.

Certainly need an accountant for next year (do IP tax). Or should I seek financial planner indeed (to advise on loan structure)? Been bit confuse of the two professional.
