warnie mate, tried every option till today morning... i was ready to pay the 2% extra and also show the banks extra security in the form of assets overseas but banks here are determined saying no... that once they say no they dont to look at it again...
the 10% extra was $30K
i know for a fact 6months down the line i would have made good gains
