I wonder,how do we measure the basement prices?

At the moment,Iam house fishing and are trying very hard to stay out of the share market.
As this bear market have further theme to play around.

To me the west is great entry point at this prices level.Most of them have drop to the pre boom level.While the eastern suburb still up there,so my best bet is west.

Buffet............Ideology buy low...sell high.
