I am looking at putting a kit home on one of my blocks. Alot of people are looking for entry level prices so while money is to be made on the ritzy homes, I am leaning more and more to servicing the needs of the masses. More competition and easy to offload.
The masses cant afford million dollar homes but dont want to live in the bush either.
Im looking at the moment:
Land 100k Home 100k Sell 300-350k
Nice entry point into the market for a family in a nice clean new home.
