Not being a TA guru, can some kind soul explain this me me.

How does the Long Term Resistance value be less than the Short and Medium levels?
I'm sure there is a reason, but my simple logic says that the short term resistance should be lower than the long term?
Anyone to put my head straight. As you all know it touched the LT resistance today, and so am interested in the TA analysis.
