Gotta agree with that one.
It's not just undipped headlights, though.
Trouble is many vehicles have third party headlights or globes which are designed to help the driver get better spread and penetration in the dark (or just as likely some sort of penis envy compensation), but are bloody bright in the rear-view mirror!
